As an official sponsor of our charity project, Knife Show Austria is generously providing the display table where all 20 handmade knives will be showcased during the event. While the raffle is running, tickets can also be purchased live at the show as well as online.

Knife Show Austria brings together makers, collectors, and enthusiasts from across the globe. Visitors can enjoy a wide variety of handmade knives, high quality materials, and knifemaking equipment, along with the opportunity to meet the makers in person.

Fabian Scherl of Scherl FireArts is also sponsoring our charity project by supplying stabilized wood for all twenty participating makers.

Based in Tirol Austria, Fabian is both a talented knifemaker and a professional chef who has spent many years perfecting his wood stabilizing process. His extensive range of specialty woods and his consistently high quality stabilization process have quickly made him one of Europe's most trusted sources for stabilized wood. We are excited to have Fabian as a sponsor of this year’s project.

Pawel Surdel of Paps Tomahawks is known across Europe for his hand forged axes and tomahawks. His attention to detail and use of premium materials make each piece both visually striking and built for hard use.

For our charity project, he is generously donating a custom hand forged axe. It will be awarded at Knifeshow Austria to the best knife among the 20 charity entries voted on by the visitor of the show.

In 2026, we rebranded our charity project and asked Kai Greb to help us develop a new logo. He generously donated his time and skills to bring our vision to paper and finally turning it into a finished digital logo. The original hand drawing can be seen in the background of our homepage, and the final logo is used everywhere else.

Kai is also a custom knifemaker and owner of Rocket Knives where he makes custom kitchen knives  and also offers knifemaking classes.
